IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Belpre, Coolville, Vienna, Lubeck, Washington, Fleming, Blennerhassett, Davisville, and Little Hocking.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 171 and 176.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 9.
