Flash Flood Warning issued July 1 at 4:20PM EDT until July 1 at 6:15PM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC
At 420 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that between 2 and 4 inches have fallen across the warned area. Water was reported to come up from a small run onto Orchard Drive near Timberville. The heaviest rain has ended, but excess runoff is expected into early this evening.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
