HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...At 2:15 PM, local law enforcement reported tree damage across Carroll County.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Wellsville, Lisbon, Salineville, Hanoverton, Irondale, Summitville, Mechanicstown and Guilford Lake State Park.
