The following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Pickaway. In southwest Ohio, Clinton. In west central Ohio, Clark and Greene.

* WHEN...
Until 300 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1254 AM EST, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Columbus, Springfield, Beavercreek, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Fairborn, Hilliard, Xenia, Pickerington, Washington Court House, Worthington, Bexley, Wilmington, London, Yellow Springs and Jefferson.
