Soils are moist and excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and some thunderstorms will move across the region tonight into Thursday morning. Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected with local amounts up to 3 inches possible.
