At 513 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles west of Parsons to near Buckhannon.
Movement was south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Elkins, Buckhannon, Philippi, Audra State Park, Belington, Junior, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Montrose, Pheasant Run, Volga, Kerens, Ellamore, Tallmansville, Overhill, and Hodgesville.
This includes Route 33 between mile markers 15 and 35.
