HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Mount Gay, Seth, Chapmanville, Madison, Van, Chauncey, Turtle Creek, Sylvester, Dawes, Prenter, Sharon, Eskdale, Dorothy, Mount Gay-Shamrock, Stickney, Mitchell Heights, Sharples, Bald Knob, Jeffrey, and Chief Logan State. This includes the following highways... West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 69 and 81. Route 119 between mile markers 11 and 53. ![]() |
