Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Granville and Vance.

* WHEN...
Until 630 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 506 PM EDT, Widespread heavy rainfall has ended. Continued slow drainage of flood waters are expected, but it may take longer than typical based on heavily saturated soils. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Henderson and Creedmoor.
