A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier. * WHEN... Until 1245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS... Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 936 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Boggs Run, Brushy Lick, Burdette Creek, Big Run, Anthony Creek, Boulder Run, Back Creek, Boggs Creek, Burns Run, Beaver Creek, Cold Knob Fork, Big Clear Creek and Beech Run. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rainelle...
