The following counties, in central Ohio, Fairfield, Franklin, Madison and Pickaway. In west central Ohio, Clark. * WHEN... Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 234 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
