Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
Until 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
