* WHAT...
Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...
A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Alamance, Durham, Granville and Orange.

* WHEN...
Until 830 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 520 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Creedmoor, Mebane, Butner, Stem, Bahama, Lake Michie, Eno River State Park, Lake Butner, Falls Lake, Efland and Cane Creek Reservoir.
