At 557 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong winds ahead of thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles east of Littleton to 6 miles southwest of Butner. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Raleigh, Rocky Mount, Roanoke Rapids, Nashville, Creedmoor, Louisburg, Halifax, Wake Forest, Garner, and Zebulon.
