THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILL ALLOW SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 203 TO EXPIRE AT 7 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN KENTUCKY THIS ALLOWS TO EXPIRE 3 COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST KENTUCKY BOYD CARTER GREENUP IN OHIO THIS ALLOWS TO EXPIRE 9 COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST OHIO ATHENS GALLIA JACKSON LAWRENCE MEIGS MORGAN PERRY VINTON WASHINGTON THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ASHLAND, ATHENS, BELPRE, CANNONSBURG, CARTER CAVES STATE PARK, CROOKSVILLE, FLATWOODS, GALLIPOLIS, GRAYSON, GRAYSON LAKE STATE PARK, HAMDEN, IRONTON, JACKSON, LAKE VESUVIUS, MARIETTA, MCARTHUR, MCCONNELSVILLE, NEW LEXINGTON, OAK HILL, OLIVE HILL, POMEROY, RACELAND, RUSSELL, SOMERSET, SOUTH POINT, STOCKPORT, AND WELLSTON.
