At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ona, or 9 miles east of Proctorville, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Hamlin, Barboursville, Milton, Ona, Culloden, West Hamlin, Salt Rock, Pea Ridge, Sweetland, and Myra.
This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 16 and 26, and between mile markers 29 and 30.
