Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 809 PM EDT, Heavy rainfall has ended. Continued light to moderate rainfall continues the risk for minor urban and small stream flooding as flood waters are slow to recede.
Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Creedmoor, Butner, Stem, Lake Butner and Falls Lake.
