For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Friday. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
