Until 10 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS... Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms this evening will produce very heavy rainfall and move very slowly. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible, with isolated totals of 3 to 5 inches.
