A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Carroll, Grayson and Wythe.

* WHEN...
Until 615 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 447 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

Cripple Creek, Dean Branch, Chestnut Creek, Cold Run, Dry Run, Big Reed Island Creek, Cedar Run, Crooked Creek, Dungeon Branch, Cranberry Creek, Bull Run, Buddle Branch and Brush Creek.
