Heights), Eastern Essex, Eastern Hanover, Eastern Henrico, Eastern King William, Eastern King and Queen, Eastern Louisa, Fluvanna, Goochland, Lancaster, Middlesex, New Kent, Northumberland, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Richmond, Western Chesterfield, Western Hanover, Western Henrico (Including the City of Richmond), Western King William, Western King and Queen and Western Louisa.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at midnight EDT tonight.
